The Consortium for the enhancement of the Old Port “URSUS” (Urban Sustainable System) is a public economic body that was created following the approval of the program agreement for the redevelopment and development of the Old Port of Trieste, signed by the presidents of the Friuli Venezia Giulia Region Massimiliano Fedriga, the mayor of Trieste Roberto Dipiazza and the president of the Port System Authority of the Eastern Adriatic Sea Zeno D’Agostino.
